| Started in 2004, Auset Jumping Castles
commenced Operation in Sydney's Western Suburbs with two
franchised locations offering jumping castles and inflatable's
for children's birthday parties and corporate events in
Sydney's Western Suburbs. Moving from generic branded
jumping castles, Hi-5™ and Kids Like Us became the
first official license product of the company and was
released onto the market for hire in September 2004 throughout
Sydney.
By the end of 2004, the company grew to 12 locations
from Coffs Harbour in the north of NSW to Wollongong
in the Sydney's southern suburbs. In early 2005 the
company opened its first interstate franchise, offering
jumping castles for the first time in Melbourne's Eastern
Suburbs, and added other Icons including The Wiggles™,
Spider-man™, Thomas the Tank™, Bob the Builder™
to the Auset stable and the Speciality Castles™
brand was born. In late 2005, our Nepean franchise was
our first franchisee to be nominated by the Franchise
Council of Australia (FCA) in the finals of the Australian
Franchise of the Year Award .
With 12 individual officially licensed inflatable themes
Auset & Speciality Castles™ has fast become
the leading supplier of inflatable games and jumping
castles in Australia and New Zealand. With over 40 franchised
locations and new locations opening all the time under
the Speciality Castles™ umbrella, jumping castles
and bouncy fun for our children and young at heart has
never been more accessible down under.
2006 saw the arrival our corporate games in Melbourne
with immediate success, which is expanding to Sydney
and other major centres in 2007. The company now services
over 300 corporate clients and conducts over 5000 back
yard birthday parties every year.
With the arrival of new and innovative products 2007
and beyond will open new doors for Speciality Castles™
and our customers, providing them with the ultimate
entertainment experience for birthday parties, corporate
and local communities.
